This Privacy Policy explains how Creator Labs Ltd (“CreatorSync”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information we collect

• Information you give us — such as your name, email address, and account details when you sign up or contact us.
• Payment information — processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details ourselves.
• Usage information — basic technical data such as device type and how you interact with our services, used to keep them working and improve them.
• Instagram data — if you message our Instagram business account, reply to one of our stories, or comment on one of our posts to request a link, we receive the content of your message, your Instagram username and your public profile information. We use this only to answer your enquiry or send the link you asked for. We keep it only as long as needed to do that, and never use it to send you unsolicited messages.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To respond to your questions and provide support.
• To send you service-related communications.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate CreatorSync (for example, payment and hosting providers), and only as needed to deliver our services or where required by law.

We keep your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

How to delete your data

If you’ve connected your Instagram account to CreatorSync, or we hold any data about you from Instagram or Facebook, you can ask us to delete it at any time:

1. Email hello@creatorsync.app with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. Include your Instagram handle or the email address we contacted you on.

We’ll delete all personal data we hold about you within 30 days and confirm by email once it’s done. You can also disconnect CreatorSync at any time from your Instagram settings under Apps and websites.
