These Terms govern your use of the CreatorSync website and services, operated by Creator Labs Ltd (“CreatorSync”, “we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Using CreatorSync

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use CreatorSync. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features are offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing and billing terms are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can cancel at any time in line with the cancellation terms presented at checkout.

Creator content

Creators retain ownership of the content they share through CreatorSync. Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to the content they publish. You may not copy, redistribute, or misuse content accessed through CreatorSync without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorisation, or use them for unlawful purposes.

Changes and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of our services over time. We’ll aim to give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Liability

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
